Shipping Policy
Shipping Within the United States Only
Shop Hookah Tobacco ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on total order weight, number of boxes required, and destination. Rates shown at checkout are estimates and may be equal to or lower than the final cost once the order is packed and processed.
Free Shipping & Pickup Options
Free shipping is available on all orders over $200. Pickup options may be available depending on location and order type.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
If your order has shipped and you choose to cancel within 24 hours of delivery, you may receive a full refund if you return the entire order at your own expense and all products are received in their original, unused condition.
Once the returned order is received and verified, a full refund will be issued. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Shop Hookah Tobacco, orders cannot be canceled once placed and processed. All returned items must arrive in their original state.
Return Policy
Shop Hookah Tobacco offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Perishable products, including tobacco, may not qualify for return depending on condition and packaging.

Replacement & Damaged Item Policy
Our replacement window is 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to provide an exchange.
To initiate a replacement request, email a clear photo of the item to cs@tobaccoimportusa.com.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as tobacco cannot be returned.
Refunds
ShopHookahTobacco.com does not offer cash refunds. Store credit or product replacements are provided for eligible issues. We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email cs@tobaccoimportusa.com.
Shipping for Returns
If the returned item is in the same condition as delivered, ShopHookahTobacco.com will cover the return shipping cost. Shipping times for exchanged items may vary based on location.
Return shipping will not be covered if:
• The item is not in its original condition
• Parts are missing or the item is damaged for reasons unrelated to our error
• The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery
